SPECIAL EDITION: Today (Friday. June 3, 2016.) we had a Wild Fire near our house in Coto. It was not real near, over 3 miles away. This was the first fire we have been near since we moved to CA four year ago. The video and still photos is approx. 2 min. 30 sec.

COTO DE CAZA, CA -- A brush fire broke out late this morning in Coto de Caza and briefly threatened some homes before crews got the upper hand.
One firefighter suffered a minor injury in the four-acre blaze, which was nearly contained by 1:30 p.m., according to Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Larry Kurtz.
The fire, which was reported at 11:22 a.m. at 17 Tortoise Shell, initially threatened some houses. But as of 1:30 p.m., they were no longer at risk, he said.
About 70 firefighters attacked the flames from the air and on ground, Kurtz said.
